A good evening was had by all and it was great to see so many family and friends if only for a short time. As is typical with these occasions we hardly got to chat with anyone at length, but it was good to be able to finally explain where we’re going, for how long, and why!

The evening was made even better after the England Lionesses won the Euro 2022 final in extra time (none of those pesky penalty shoot-out’s against the Germans to worry about 🙂 )
… if only Hamilton, Russell and Norris had taken the three podium places in Hungary!
