Had a great evening as the ‘holiday’ is coming to a close. A lovely restaurant where we sat and watched the sunset while drinking a rather strong (9%!) IPA and watching the local wildlife settling down for the evening. Herons, pelican, plovers, seagulls, hermit crabs and even catfish from our seat looking across the bay.
The entertainment was more crooning karaoke than soulful band, but it was authentic and honest bayside music at least. He did murder a few Rolling Stones and Beatles numbers, but it improved throughout the evening (after the third IPA 😆 )
Yes, a great evening to be repeated soon with Morgan, Joshua and Sam (at least). X xxxx
